That will take another 5 to 6 business days

I have been trying to order a surge protected receptacle. Everytime I contact them the only answer I get is " It will take 5 to 6 business days to get an answe". BS! They act like they don't need the business. I say give them what they want. LOUSY COM

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. When my urgent order failed to arrive next day according to the lies on their website, I followed it up and was told that I would need to reorder due to a problem their end. They didn't think of contacting me about this! Then they promised it would arrive promptly but 3 days later it was still in their warehouse with no explanation after I had been told the day before that It had left the warehouse for delivery and 3 days before that they would make a special effort to get it to me early. So eventually I cancelled my order and went to a proper company. I spoke to 5 of their dreadful staff and as well as them cutting me off after being on hold for 15 mins, promising and failing to call me back, all responded with a mixture of lies and 'I don't knows' plus a generous measure of slagging off their delivery company Parcleforce - who were not at fault - and blaming problems caused by working at home. Please never use Zoro. Not worth the stress. .

No complaints here

Was hesitant due to the poor reviews but I ordered a sink from them due to a discount code. Shipped on time and in good condition. No complaints.

Order never shipped, 3rd party vendor not legitimate... no working phone number

My first order with Zoro. It's been about a month since I placed my order and a product represented to ship within 10 days still has not shipped. A Zoro representative stated that the 3rd party vendor to ship the order was Marmon Retail Store Equipment LLC and gave me a phone number for the company as *******317. I dialed the number to find out if/when they would ship the order. The phone number I was given was not a working number. I googled the company and was unable to obtain a working phone number for the company. I will cancel my order never to attempt to do business with Zoro again.

always compare price with other sellers,they mostly more expensive, don't over pay!!!

terrible

terrible! selling products they say are in stock and will ship in 3 days but are really backordered for 6 months. next to impossible to get customer service to respond and they dont issue refunds until they speak to the vendor?! they used the word "eventually" more than a few times. Avoid this site like covid 19!

horrible customer service

horrible customer service and inferior products.
i was very unhappy with the poor quality of items received and contacted customer service. i was told to throw item away, no need to return and i would receive a full refund. Well that was over 2 weeks ago and NO refund, and NO other communication.

Waste of Time

Third party suppliers keep you waiting. I was told I would be notified within 24-48 hrs. With an update. Zoro did not follow up or tell me they heard nothing from their supplier. When I called back they said sometimes it takes up to 6 business days to hear from them. It was already almost a month since ordered. Maybe their business days are on the work 1 (BUSINESS) day a week program. In that case I should hear from them in about 6 months. Will not do business with Zoro ever.

Send Them Your Money But Don't Expect Anything In Return!

I bought a dresser from them which did not arrive. I emailed multiple times for assistance, but got copy and paste emails in response. They have no interest in resolving the problem.

The worst service all the way around.

Horrible service all the way around: Ordered a part I needed. They sent me a box with hardware missing. Then they wouldn't send me a replacement until they were sure I sent this junk back. I sent it back, days past, I received no confirmation of replacement, so I called. They added some steps to returns that the first person didn't mention. We got it settled. The replacement arrived a day after it should have been delivered in a thrashed box and again, the hardware was missing. Three weeks in and I am still waiting to put my daughters closet doors together; with the right equipment I could do in one day. This company has absolutely no control quality and they don't care. They just send returns they get without checking to make sure the items are there. So disappointing: Never again. Don't order from Zoro.

First order, on time, as promised

I place my first order with them and I paid a good price (got a discount as a first time customer) and it was shipped in the time promised and arrived in good order. I have no complaints.

Really happy with Zoro

Really happy with Zoro. They ship quickly when the items are in stock. I made some mistakes on my order, real people on the phone helped me return no issue at all. I ordered a long breaker bar, received a an empty damaged box, helpful phone support had another one sent out without issue. They could package a little better! I will purchase tools from them again.
